If you're having problems sending email with your mail client, the first step is to make sure that you have the correct settings. Our SMTP server requires authentication, so make sure you're using the correct username (your full
email@example.com address) and password.
If you're sure your settings are correct, it's also possible that we've had to block sending for your account, for instance because your subscription has lapsed. Please check your Inbox for a message from us explaining why this happened, if this is indeed the case.
