Existing tickets

Not logged in Please log in to your account from the home page; then, access the support system to see your existing tickets.

You can use this section to create a new support ticket.

We will always treat our customers with respect, and provide honest and straightforward answers to support questions. We believe that all people deserve to be treated respectfully and we will not respond to or engage with people or customers that threaten, abuse or defame our staff in any way.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide support to users using:

  • External software clients (e.g. Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Apple Calendar, etc)
  • Any software or browser extensions, plugins, addons, etc
  • Older browsers
  • Discontinued operating systems

Please describe your problem in as much detail as possible. The more information you give us, the faster we can help you fix the problem.

Open new ticket

Login to your account before you open a ticket. This lets us know who you are and makes it much easier to help you quickly. If you can't login (for example, you've lost your password), enter your username below.
User name Your full user name including the @domain part. Just leave blank if you don't have one
Contact address An additional email address to contact you on. All ticket updates will be sent to this address as well as your user account. Don't include a name part, just an email address is fine
Subject Please provide a helpful subject to make it easier to keep track of this problem. A subject like "Help" or "Problem" isn't that useful, while a subject like "Error sending email with outlook express" is useful.
