Get started with a 30-day free trial.
Thereʼs no obligation and no credit card required.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer 30 days free with up to five users on our Standard plan. Plus, if you pay for any plan within the free trial period weʼll add the remaining trial days to your new subscription for free (for any number of users)!
How do I set up multiple users?
Use this page to sign up your account and create your first user. This user will automatically be an admin, which you can use to then create the rest of your users.
Are there any limits on the trial?
The trial is equivalent to our Standard plan, and includes all FastMail features. The only difference is that the limit on how many messages you may send is lower to prevent abuse, and you may not create websites or forwarding rules. You can have up to five active users in a trial. Any additional users you create will not be able to log in until the account is paid for.
Can I add extra storage for just one user?
Yes. You can double the storage of a single user on any plan for the same cost as adding an extra user, or triple the storage for the same cost as adding two extra users. So for example, if you had an account on our Standard plan, you could add an extra 25 GB quota to a user for an extra $5/month.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No, you can cancel your account at any time and there will be no further payments required. Please note: we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, so please use your free trial to make sure FastMail is right for you.
What if my needs change later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time; the new plan instantly comes into effect. A pro-rata credit for the remaining time of your previous plan will be deducted from the cost of your new plan. You can also add or remove users at any time, with a pro-rata credit for any unused subscription.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bitcoin. We are unable to accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, or pre-paid cards.
Can I use my own domain with FastMail?
Yes. FastMail can host the email, and optionally the DNS and even basic websites for your domain. If you donʼt yet own a domain, you can learn more about purchasing one in our help.
Can I create email aliases?
What other limits are there?
All of our account limits – including those for sending and receiving mail – are based on your account plan, and are documented in our help.
How do I move to FastMail from another email provider?
Our FastMail Migration Guide covers everything you need to know about moving any existing email accounts to FastMail.
Do I have to use the web interface to access my email?
No, FastMail lets you choose how you access your email. This can be through our web interface, desktop mail clients such as Outlook, mobile apps or any combination of these.
