How do I move to Fastmail from another provider?
Smoothest migration you’ll ever have! We provide an import tool that walks you through it, a comprehensive migration guide, and free migration support if you need it.
What will my new email address be?
If you have your own domain, it can be you@yourdomain.com. If you don’t own a domain, you can be yourname@fastmail.com or your choice from a domain we own.
You can use extra addresses (called aliases) for free with your Fastmail account. Mail to those addresses goes to your Inbox and is treated just like your first address.
How will I access my mail?
You have many options. Use Fastmail in your web browser by logging in at fastmail.com. Keep using your favorite email app like Outlook, Thunderbird, or Mac Mail. Download our mobile apps on the Apple App Store or Google Play.

How can I save money on my plan?
Paying for a year up front gets you two months free on every plan.
You can also earn credit to pay for your account by using your Refer a Friend link found in your account settings. The more you share, the more you’ll save! Plus, friends you refer get 10% off for a whole year.
What about nonprofits?
Certified nonprofits can save 20% on all services. Please contact our support team to have this discount applied.
Do you have a tool for group email?
Topicbox is Fastmail’s group email service to help teams connect and share. Your team will love sharing resources across email accounts, finding information quickly, and reaching groups under one address.

What if I have more people who want to use Fastmail?
It’s easy to add additional users at anytime on your account. If you have more than 50 users to add, our support team can help. If you have many people to bring on board, we have reseller accounts and we can set you up with a custom login page with your logo.
Can I add users on plans different than mine?
Yes. You can build an account where you mix and match the plan level to each user. For example, you can build a Fastmail Family by adding additional Standard and Basic plans for adults and children.
Can I share my domain with other users on my plan?
Yes. If you have a Standard or Professional plan with your own domain, you can share a domain alias with any Basic users on your account.
