Use our signup page to create your account and first user. This user will automatically be an admin, which you can use to then create the rest of your users.
The trial is equivalent to our Standard plan, and includes all FastMail features. The only difference is a lower limit on how many messages you may send, and you may not create websites or forwarding rules. You can have up to five active users in a trial. Any additional users you create will not be able to log in until the account is paid for.

No, you can cancel your account at any time and there will be no further payments required. Please note: we do not offer refunds for unused subscriptions, so please use your free trial to make sure FastMail is right for you.

You can also add or remove users at any time, with a pro-rata credit for any unused subscription.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Bitcoin. We are unable to accept cash, cheques, bank transfers, or pre-paid cards.
